Peter Chamberlain

Partner

With over 20 years of experience as both a broker and underwriter, Peter’s knowledge and passion for insurance has seen him implement and manage programs for clients across a vast portfolio. A specialist in policy analysis, risk and claims management, he has consistently achieved outstanding results for his clients and continues to work hands-on in the business.

Back in 2007, Peter set out to create a full-service brokerage which focused on the importance of strategic advice and client service. allinsure was born, and to this day it still operates under these guiding principles. Peter’s dedication to providing honest, high quality advice, trusting relationships, client service and retention has seen him mentor an award-winning team of young, passionate and talented advisers. This approach saw allinsure recognised as Insurance Business Australia’s Top Brokerage in 2015 and has since seen Peter and his team gain further acknowledgment when named as an Australian finalist for both Best Customer Service and Best Brokerage (6-20 staff) at the 2019 Insurance Business Awards.

Beyond insurance, Peter has a deep belief in the importance of giving back to the local community. He is actively involved on a number of committees and boards, and was instrumental in the establishment of the Chamberlain Foundation, an ACNC registered charity which has raised in excess of $300,000 for mental health and suicide prevention initiatives over the past 2 years.

Tate Harris

Partner

A specialist in SME, construction and property-related risks with more than 12 years of insurance broking experience, Tate personally manages some of allinsure’s largest and most intricate accounts.

Known for his strategic technical knowledge, his ability to think outside the box and his hands-on approach to claims advocacy for client losses, both large and small, Tate has developed a well-earned reputation as one of the Industry’s leading young advisers – something that saw him progress quickly to Partner level within allinsure. No stranger to Insurance Industry recognition, his recent accolades include acceptance into IA’s inaugural IA Academy for elite brokers, as well as being named as one of Insurance Business Australia’s Top 10 Elite Brokers & Young Guns for two years running.

Lara Morgan

Partner

With more than 12 years in the Insurance Industry, Lara’s knowledge has been built through a variety of roles. These range from customer and dispute resolution to insurance broking and being responsible for business development for a major international insurer across the ACT and Regional NSW.

Having worked effectively with both SME and Corporate clients, Lara brings comprehensive understanding and hard-earned expertise spanning risk and claims management in a variety of commercial enterprises and industries. That said, she’s always looking to expand her industry knowledge even further.

With excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a personal and empathetic approach to servicing her clients, you can trust Lara will always have your best interests at heart when it’s time to act on your behalf. As well as recently becoming a partner at allinsure, Lara was named as one of Insurance Business Australia’s Top 15 Elite Brokers In 2019.

Away from insurance, Lara enjoys travelling the world and exploring new cultures.

Toni Morrison

Senior Account Executive

Much loved for her friendly nature and cheerful presence, Toni brings 15+ years of insurance broking experience to allinsure, gained in international and local brokerages, as well as time spent as an underwriter for one of Australia’s leading insurers.

Throughout her career she’s enjoyed establishing long-term, trusted relationships with her clients, with a strong focus on understanding all aspects of their business. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing insurance portfolios for businesses of all sizes across a vast range of industries, Toni takes great pride in her hands-on approach to providing quality advice and risk management solutions, ensuring her clients have the protection that they and their business need.

You can rest assured that in the unfortunate event of a claim, Toni will be there for you every step of the process. Using her experience and intricate knowledge of the industry, Toni always goes above and beyond in her role as her clients claims advocate to ensure they achieve the best possible claims outcome, whilst freeing them up to focus on what they do best.

When not helping her clients or mentoring our junior staff, you’ll find Toni with her family off the beaten track doing off road camping trips.

Brett Gniel

Senior Account Executive

Brett oversees the Melbourne operations for allinsure, backed by more than 20 years of industry experience. Possessing a level of integrity and loyalty highly regarded by clients, brokers and underwriters alike, he began his insurance career with RACV and quickly progressed to Claims Manager before moving to a local Melbourne broker as Specialist Claims Manager.

Throughout his career, Brett has excelled in Account Management, building strong and lasting relationships with his clients on both a professional and personal basis.

His background in claims handling provides an intricate knowledge of how policies respond, something that brings a high level of comfort to his clients. In the unfortunate event of a claim, they know Brett understands the insurer’s processes and can use this to expedite the process and achieve maximum settlement on their behalf.

Brett’s passion, away from allinsure, is AFL Football where he is heavily involved at local level as a player and committee member for the Dingley Football Club. He is also an assistant coach for two local junior clubs, Beaconsfield and Berwick Titans.

Jessica Zeitlhofer

Assistant Account Executive

Jessica joined the insurance industry at the age of 18, starting out as an Assistant Account Executive with a National Brokerage where she assisted with the HIA program and numerous SME accounts. She then joined the allinsure team in a similar role, building an excellent rapport and achieving fantastic outcomes with SME and construction clients.

After taking on a Business Development Role for one of our business partners in 2014, a move that further strengthened her reputation within the industry, Jessica returned to allinsure as an Account Executive & Claims Manager and is now responsible for her own portfolio of SME clients, as well as assisting with our larger and more intricate accounts.

Throughout her career, Jessica’s intricate industry knowledge, strong relationships with key business partners and personable nature have ensured that she consistently delivers excellent results for her clients.

In her spare time Jessica enjoys long walks on the beach or curling up in front of the fire with a good book.

Kaylah Jullienne

Assistant Account Executive

Kaylah joined allinsure from a previous business management role and brings over seven years of administration experience to the team.

A self-described ‘social butterfly’ she loves building relationships with people and thrives in fast-paced environments, having also spent time working in the Emergency Department in a past life – something that helped her develop excellent time management skills.

Also a State representative soccer player, Kaylah confesses to loving nothing more than a slice of freshly-baked lemon meringue pie.

Jessica Waldron

Assistant Account Executive

Jessica joined allinsure in early 2019 following almost two years working with one of the world’s leading Corporate Brokerage firms, where she also completed her Tier 1 studies in Insurance Broking.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Business, she brings a strong customer service ethic to the allinsure team, having also spent six years previously working in customer service with Optus.

Away from the office Jessica enjoys the AFL (go Swans!), music, concerts, food and spending time with her family.

Alexandra Wood

Team Leader – Internal Account Executive

Alexandra is a passionate customer service professional who plays a central role in ensuring the service our clients enjoy is always of the highest calibre.

Prior to joining allinsure as an Assistant Account Executive in 2017, Alexandra worked with Optus in a variety of team leader and management roles and has recent experience as an Executive Assistant in the Australian Public Service.

In her current role as Team Leader and Internal Account Executive, she is focused on providing the support, leadership and service training for our Assistant Account Executives to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.

With experience in assisting with range of clients from SME’s to Corporates, Alexandra works tirelessly with the Senior Account Executives to ensure our clients receive the fantastic outcomes relating to all aspects of their insurance requirements.

In 2019 Alexandra was listed as a finalist for the ACT Insurance Industry Best Support Person of the Year Award and you will often find her relaxing with a book and a cup of tea.

Krisy Maricic

Business & Compliance Manager

Krisy first joined allinsure on a part-time basis almost 10 years ago when she was completing a double degree in Marketing & Commerce at the University of Canberra. Since graduating she’s used her degree to progress through various roles within the company and is now our Compliance & Business Manager. Over the past 3-4 years she’s played a central role in developing and refining new internal systems, processes and procedures that have been seamlessly implemented across our branches in both Canberra and Melbourne. She continues to monitor these today, making adjustments and improvements as the business continues to grow, whilst also overseeing administration, mentoring new and junior staff and facilitating training to ensure the continued development of our people and that our CPD point requirements are met for all qualified advisers.

Cristy Chamberlain

Administration

Beginning her career in retail, Cristy went on to spend eight years working in management and HR positions, before putting work on hold to care for her two young children. She returned to the workforce in a part-time capacity with allinsure and today works in the Administration team, with a specific focus on workers’ compensation wages declarations. As you might expect from a busy mum, Cristy is positively awesome at juggling her family’s insane schedule.
