What a year!
As 2023 comes to a close, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support. As always, it’s a privilege to partner with such incredible businesses and individuals, and it’s been an absolute pleasure working with you.
As most businesses have experienced, this year has certainly presented its fair share of challenges. Whilst we’ve said goodbye to a few familiar faces who have decided to move onto different career paths, we’ve also welcomed seven incredible new team members, moved offices AND launched our new brand and client commitment. Here is a little summary of what we’ve been up to over the past 12 months:
JANUARY
- Steven Farmer joined the team as an Account Executive after almost 13 years at Shannons.
MARCH
- allinsure turned 16! Starting as a modest two person operation out of the corner of our accountant’s office, we’ve grown to a team of 15, operating across Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney. Our work now extends to a very diverse and fascinating client base nationwide.
- We also welcomed two new starters, Ryan Craighead (Senior Account Executive) and Shannon Stevens (Assistant Account Executive).
- Tate Harris celebrated his 10th allinversary!
MAY
- After 15 years, the Canberra team farewelled our office in Yallourn Street, Fyshwick, and moved to our new home at Dairy Road! A huge thank you to the team at Molonglo Group, Studio & You and Intermain for transforming the space and running with our wild ideas (namely the very specific brief of “not an office”).
JUNE
- Shanay Johnstone joined the team as an Assistant Account Executive right at the end of the financial year.
SEPTEMBER
- Mary O’Neill started as our Project Administrator to help put our ideas into action.
- Tate Harris won the title of the 2023 Young Gun of the Year (1-19 Staff) at the Insurance Business Awards in Sydney! We also received Excellence Awards for Brokerage of the Year (6-20 Staff) and Best Customer Service from an Individual Office. Insurance Advisernet picked up the award for Authorised Representative Network of the Year for the fourth year in a row.

OCTOBER
- We grew the team (again!), with Liana Desmayanti coming across from an International Brokerage to start with us as an Account Executive.
- We decided it was time to give the allinsure brand a refresh! We officially launched our new brand, and more importantly, our new Client Commitment “In Your Corner”, which aims to improve on our award winning model and provide our clients with an even greater level of advice and service. The new brand has been designed to reflect allinsure’s commitment to always providing proactive advice, simplifying what is complex, giving our clients peace of mind and comfort, combined with the best insurance solutions.
- The whole team spent a week in Hobart at the 2023 Insurance Advisernet Conference where we picked up a finalist award for IA’s Practice of the Year and The Best Dressed Group at the Gala Dinner.

NOVEMBER
- The accolades kept rolling in as Jessica Waldron and Ryan Craighead were named in the 2023 Insurance Business Rising Stars List.
- Wayne Pulley (Claims Manager) joined Brett in the Melbourne office and has made an enormous impact on our claims in the short time that he’s been here.
DECEMBER
- Leija Haslam returned from Maternity Leave after welcoming her gorgeous little girl earlier this year.
- We officially launched applications for our exciting new Insurance Trainee / Insurance Graduate Program which will start in early 2024.
On behalf of the team, we want to wish you and your loved ones a fantastic holiday season, a well-deserved break and of course a New Year filled with success and happiness.
We can’t wait to work with you in 2024!
